A core of Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics combines the dynamics and flexibility of gymnastics, with the technical knowledge of ballet and self-expression of modern dance. A fantastic sport to learn coordination and confidence.
A touch of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics
A team gymnastic discipline where coordinated group movements are preformed, without apparatus, to beautiful music; testing speed, strength, flexibility and balance.
A pinch of Ballet & Modern Dance
To support the expression of ideas and emotion, we also incorporate dance classes, ensuring our gymnasts enjoy targeted training in all areas of self expression.

Fees
All fees are charged on a monthly basis.
A 10% sibling discount is available, please contact us to discuss.
Please note, all our gymnasts must also register with British Gymnastics in order to comply with our Insurance Policies, but this is a quick and easy process.
