How do I pay for the classes?
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by cash /check in signed envelope with a name of gymnasts and given to a secretary of the club. The payment is for a month. The amount is the same each month depending on training hours selected. No pay as you go payment allowed. The fees must be paid 15th of each month upfront (before the start of the month). Late payment will incur £5.00 admin charge. Missed sessions or cancellations are non refundable. Club operates during half term holidays. Please note no fees, no place.
What should my child wear for class?
Gymnasts should wear a leotard, black shorts and club T-shirt. Girls should be barefoot or wearing gymnastic half shoes. The gymnastic bag should contain white socks (no other colours allowed), hair bands, gymnastic apparatus (could be purchased directly through the club) gymnastic diary with parents contact details with a pen and bottle of water.
Are your classes insured?
Yes, the club is insured by British Gymnastics holding gold insurance and by Sport Insurance Company. Coaches, assistants, secretary, welfare officer have been DBS checked. Coaches and assistants have safeguarding training in place. All the gymnasts are member of BG and have to have BG insurance http://www.bg-insurance.org/
What are your term dates?
The terms starts 7th September 2017 and finishes 21st July 2018. The club operates during half term. Payment is regular monthly based. One payment upfront and one month notice period required.
Can we still join your classes after the term has started?
Yes, depending on places available. You will need to pay the membership fees and BG insurance no matter in what month you join us. Please speak to Zuzana Gergelova - the head coach.
Can parents watch?
We organise an open lesson termly to enable parents to see their children’s improvement. Otherwise parents are not allowed to stay in the gym as it can be distracting to the gymnasts and coaches.
